Gestalt Therapy Practitioner
This approach to counselling and psychotherapy promotes self-awareness to be more authentically yourself by facilitating a deeper understanding of your experience in order to live more fully in the present moment. There is an acknowledgement that the relationship between client and therapist is an important vehicle in this process allowing the client to gain new perspectives, increased self-confidence and alternative patterns of thinking and feeling.
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner – SEP
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a potent psychobiological method for resolving trauma symptoms and relieving chronic stress, and increases people’s vitality, equanimity, and capacity to actively engage in life.
For those who have a pull to move further into the depths of your life experience, that is, a more transpersonal world view, then support from a psychospiritual orientation is also available. Utilising 13 years as a Diamond Approach student and 30 years meditation practice will allow us to unpack the hindrances that block, for example, regular practice or the psychological barriers preventing you going deeper into your meditation or maybe the challenge is translating insights and experiences into daily life.
